Returns & Exchange Policy

Eligibility

• Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with packaging.

Exchange Policy

We offer a one-time exchange for:

• Size issues
• Manufacturing defects

• Exchange for the same or another product of equal value.
• If size is unavailable, choose another style of same value.
• Handcrafted variations in colour/design are natural and not defects.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in case of:

• Damaged product
• Wrong item received

• Share clear unboxing video/photos within 7 days.
• Refunds issued as store credit or original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Reverse Pickup / Shipping

• Reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable.
• If not serviceable, self-courier to:

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing.
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

• Bags are not eligible for returns.
• International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
